Situated a stone’s throw away from the Bradford Royal Infirmary, Hazel Bank has ties with all aspects of the local community. The Post Office, pharmacy, park and churches are all within easy reach, as are the dentist, opticians and public houses.

The Home is easily accessible by public transport. Hazel Bank enjoys a prominent position in Daisy Hill with sweeping views across the city. The Home is situated in landscaped grounds consisting of lawned areas and a car park to the front and side.

Meals

As in keeping with a family home, all meals are cooked and prepared individually by our Chef, ensuring the food is wholesome and nutritious. Menus are prepared by the Chef and offer a choice at all times. All dietary needs will be catered for.

Fee

All fees will be calculated on an individual basis. Fees will be paid four weeks in advance and will be reviewed on a yearly interval. All aspects of nursing care, meals, personal laundry, hygiene services and local transport will be included within the fees.

As a resident, for the past 9 months or so, I can only say that I continue to marvel at the level of care and attention they strive to provide at all time.
Until I arrived here, I had never considered being a resident in a Care Home but, now I am here, I I think it would be extremely difficult to find a more caring situation

At a time when the media is portraying care homes is such poor light as families struggle to see their loved ones, I wanted to post this message to reassure those with loved ones at Claremont, who need not worry as the home appears to be very well run, and those living there have a great sense of community.
