Antony has dedicated much of his career to the health and social care sector. His passion for ensuring that everyone living in a care home enjoys a full and meaningful life, while achieving their goals and fulfilling their wishes, sets him apart as an expectational leader, recognised only recently when Antony was named in Care Home Professional Magazine's 'Power 50 one of the most influential leaders in social care. Antony is a regular keynote speaker at national conferences such as the NEC and Excel Care Show, NHS Confed, and the Leaders in Care Conference.
Antony spent 12 years at the Care Quality Commission, most notably as Head of Inspection for London and the South, before moving to become the Nominated Individual at HC-One, the largest provider of residential care in the UK. One of Antony's most notable achievements is authoring the 'Smiling Matters' report for the Care Quality Commission. This ground-breaking report fundamentally changed the perception of oral health within the care sector and Government, showcasing Antony's impact on improving care standards and practices at national level.
Antony has recently joined Park Homes UK as Director of Regulation and Nominated Individual where he aims to bring insight from his vast regulatory and improvement experience to improve the lived experience of every resident, making Park Homes one of the leading providers of high-quality care based around the individual experience of the resident.
