Life in Eccleston Court
Eccleston Court is a warm, welcoming and friendly home providing general nursing care and nursing care for people living with dementia.
All our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities. We encourage residents to personalise their room with small items to make it more homely. Our home has wonderful spaces to relax in and enjoy company, including an activities room, hairdressing area, large lounge areas and dining rooms as well as some quite areas for residents to relax with family and friends.
We have an accessible garden for our residents to enjoy relaxation and outdoor activities. Our home is also adjacent to a lovely park and gardens – very popular for gentle walks.
Food and Nutrition
Mealtimes represent an important social occasion and we work to ensure they are as enjoyable as possible, unhurried and relaxed with everyone given plenty of time to eat and enjoy their meal, while chatting and socialising with other residents.
We make a point of celebrating birthdays and special occasions, as well as celebrating and dressing up for national festivities such as St Andrew’s Day, Mother’s Day and Burns Night
Our chefs prepare nutritious and delicious meals, which are freshly made on site. We also support people who have specialist diets.

Snacks and beverages are always available throughout the day and we even have snack stations located on each unit, for visitors to use, free of charge.
Care and Support
We are committed to providing personalised support that ensures our residents lead active, happy and fulfilled lives.
All staff receive specialist training and mentoring. We really get to know our residents and spend time understanding their life story and the things that are important to them, so we focus on the things that really matter to them. Every resident has a named key worker who helps develop their own personalised care.
We have strong links with local organisations in the community including Alzhemier’s Society, Age UK and local advocacy groups as well as links with local schools.
