Pleasantly surprised. I previously had both parents in this home. My mother died there eighteen months ago. Although she had good relationships with staff, her care left much to be desired. I continue to visit an old friend and was there yesterday. What a difference! The staff were visible and interacting with residents. They were polite and responsive. The residents were clean, tidy and appropriately dressed, all wearing slippers, hair combed and looking well cared for. The atmosphere was positive. It appears that much effort has been made to achieve an overall improvement and this was very evident. Well done.
My mum was given the best care ever here the staff went above and beyond especially Haley, Veronica, Kelly and Mona. Charity the manager should be proud of herself she runs an amazing nursing home! My mum was made very comfortable in the last few months of her life. I have nothing but praise for this home! The food is outstanding the staff are all so kind, the place is clean and friendly with a nice atmosphere, the residents are all well cared for! I would highly recommend this home!
Pemberton Fold is literally amazing, my mum spent the last three years of her life there, and was absolutely loved and cherished by the amazing team. The team there are passionate about caring and looking after people. Mum was in Pemberton during covid and how the staff coped through such a trying time was so admirable. Thank you so much, everybody, you'll all get a good seat in Heaven I'm sure of that!
