Our home has wonderful spaces to relax and enjoy company of friends and family, including an activities room, hairdressing salon, indoor garden and themed reminiscence areas. We also have beautiful sensory gardens, so our residents can relax and enjoy activities outdoors.
All our bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with en-suite facilities. We encourage people to personalise their rooms with small items that remind them of home.
We run an extensive programme of activities for everyone to enjoy, from one to one and group activities such as arts and crafts, gardening, quiz and game nights and sing-alongs, as well as hosting regular social events, including performances from local entertainers. We also support people to enjoy days out in the community too!
Food and Nutrition
Mealtimes represent an important social occasion and we work to ensure they are as enjoyable as possible, unhurried and relaxed with everyone given plenty of time to eat and enjoy their meal, while chatting and socialising with other residents.
We make a point of celebrating birthdays and special occasions, as well as celebrating and dressing up for national festivities such as St Andrew’s Day, Mother’s Day and Burns Night
Our chefs prepare nutritious and delicious meals, which are freshly made on site. We also support people who have specialist diets.
