Responsibilities
  • Day to day maintenance and general DIY around the building.
  • Having a trade skill i.e. joinery , plumbing , electrical , is a preference or extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential.
  • Must enjoy decorating and day to day maintenance of buildings.
  • Must have full driving license own transport and Tools.
Experience

This role will be subject to receipt of two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

Skills
  • Excellent organisational and co-ordination.
  • A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Must own a vehicle - non negotiable
